Despite the variable differences in the concepts of physical training, in Russia, Europe and America, Western practices have been consolidated into a single traditional training structure, the core of which formed the basis of modern general education programs. Today, global trends are focused on the methods of student work, which should be, first of all, natural, and the main types of sports activities are winter and summer outdoor games. Organizational and methodological aspects of teaching physical culture in higher educational institutions around the world are focused on the harmonious development of a person, which consists in the mutual correlation of the development of theoretical knowledge and physical activity.
