The potential of the methodological resource "visualization map" in improving the efficiency of mastering theoretical material by students of the training area of special (defectological) education

The article is devoted to the disclosure of one of the aspects of the problem of the quality of mastering the theoretical material by students in the special (defectological) education, the profile of Speech Therapy. The relevance of the transformation of teachers' approaches to the presentation of theoretical material in lectures and the choice of methodological resources for its development by students of generation Z is argued. The requirements of generation Z to professional education are characterized. A methodical resource «visualization map» with the presentation of theoretical and methodological support for its application is proposed, which is effective for resolving the identified pedagogical problems. The pedagogical potential of using the «visualization map» in establishing the achievements of students and teachers in the named process is proved.
