The purpose of the study is to substantiate the problem of pedagogical synergetics through professional activities. Scientific novelty of the research. The relevance of the problem of pedagogical synergetics in the modern professional sphere is expressed in the definition of its essence and specificity, as well as the development of a model of pedagogical activity based on it. The modernization of the educational process is due to the trends that are taking place all over the world, for example, globalization, etc. The current state of the Russian educational paradigm implies further constructive modernization of all spheres and levels of the education system. The role and place of the synergetic approach in this complex and multi-stage process should be appreciated. Research results. The formation of an innovative model of the educational sphere will always depend on the changes taking place in all spheres of human and social functioning. Such a characteristic of pedagogical activity in the system of both secondary, secondary vocational, and higher education is inversely proportional to the degree of creative activity of the individual and the level of his professional competence.
