DIALOGUE SIMULATOR AS AMEANS OF PREPARING STUDENTS FOR PREVENTION OF BULLYING IN SCHOOL

The article reveals the content of the concept of "bullying". The authors present the experience of preparing students for the prevention of bullying in adolescence by means of a dialogue simulator aimed at developing students' competencies in the field of solving complex communication problems. It is noted that the problem of preparing students to work with the prevention of a dangerous social phenomenon should form competence associated with the specifics of the manifestations of the "bullying" phenomenon. The importance of practical training in the preparation of students of the Pedagogical University is emphasized. A methodology for the development and testing of a dialogue simulator aimed at developing students' competencies in the field of solving complex communicative problems is presented. Particular attention is paid to the most difficult issues of the teacher's work with students. One of them is the development of an algorithm for solving case problems containing bullying situations.
