TRAINING OF SPECIALISTS FOR THE FIELD OF "PHYSICAL CULTURE AND SPORT" IN THE CONTEXT OF PERMANENTLY CHANGING MODELS OF HIGHER EDUCATION

Andryushchenko Yulia Vladimirovna  (Senior Lecturer, Department of Physical Culture and Sports, Pacific State University, Khabarovsk)

Ryazanov Viktor Nikolaevich  (Associate Professor, Department of Physical Culture and Life Safety, Pacific State University, Khabarovsk)

Petina Natalya Leonidovna  (Associate Professor of the Department of Physical Education and Biomedical Disciplines of the Armavir State Pedagogical University, Armavir)

The article focuses on the issues of training specialists in the field of physical culture and sports. It is noted that the system of training specialists in many respects remains the successor of the Soviet model of education. The displacement of the academic discipline "Physical Culture and Sports" to the periphery of demand from students is largely due to the lack of developed competencies of the modern type among teachers of schools and universities. The exploitation of "achieving" practices, in which the final result takes precedence over the means to achieve the goal, leads to a loss of interest in any kind of physical activity among young people, which is confirmed by pedagogical observations in recent years. Physical culture in the modern world remains a dialogue space of a special type, allowing the participants of communication to use their natural advantages to the full extent. It is noted that physical culture can become a source of deviant behavioral practices among young people, which must be taken into account when training modern teachers. It is emphasized that the selection of future specialists of a new type should begin at the early stages of training in the profession, highlighting in students a psychological predisposition for long-term, productive work within the framework of professional activities. The abundance of the proposed models for building the educational process in physical culture should not level the basic, fundamental needs of both the person himself and society as a whole.
