ORGANIZATIONAL AND PEDAGOGICAL SOCIO-EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT OF THE STUDY OF THE PROBLEMS OF ADAPTATION OF COLLEGE FRESHMEN

The article is devoted to the discussion of the peculiarities and difficulties of adaptation of first-year students to the conditions of study in institutions of secondary vocational education. The problem of adapting a new student to the conditions of teaching applied sciences has always been relevant, but it has never been as acute as it is now. In the life of yesterday's school graduate, the social situation is changing, he has to undergo vocational training, sometimes he changes his place of residence for this, which leads to separation from his family, changes in everyday life and adaptation to new living conditions. The problem of student adaptation is widely considered in the psychological and pedagogical sciences by various scientists and at the same time does not lose its relevance. This is explained by the rapid modern rhythm of life, the development of the economy and social life. The subject of our research requires an analysis of works dealing with the problem of student adaptation, since this problem occupies an important place in modern pedagogical research. The purpose of our study: to identify the features of the socio-psychological adaptation of first-year students to college, to give appropriate recommendations that contribute to the most favorable adaptation. The results of the study of the level of adaptation are presented.
