The article deals with the actual problem of professional development of specialists in the field of the state material reserve. The system of additional professional education of the industry, the opportunities and prospects for its development, as well as the current advanced training programs implemented are considered. The authors propose to implement professional development programs with the possibility of directing their content to the professional service activities of Rosrezerv specialists, according to the qualification requirements.
