At present, with the increasing globalization of China's economy and the increasing internationalization of Chinese higher education, the issues of nurturing talented students are relevant to the overall development of the country, so Sino-Russian joint cooperation is becoming an important element in obtaining Chinese higher education. In recent years, Sino-Russian relations have entered a period of stable development, as the two countries have made great progress in comprehensive cooperation in various fields. Sino-Russian relations have risen to a new level of comprehensive strategic partnership. Sino-Russian cooperation in education is an effective way to implement cooperation in various fields, and the active introduction of high-quality educational resources from Russian universities is the main content of Sino-Russian cooperation in school education.
