RESEARCH OF THE MANAGEMENT MECHANISM OF THE BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN ENGINEERING MANAGEMENT IN UNIVERSITIES OF THE PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF CHINA

Engineering management specialists, being an important component of managers of the construction industry and the real estate sector, must adapt to the development of the industry and the needs of the time to improve professional practical abilities. The final qualification work, being an important link in checking the effectiveness of teaching practical skills to bachelors, should go on the way with time. Currently, the overall quality of engineering management theses is low, which reflects the discrepancy between the level of graduates' abilities and the requirements of the construction industry. To effectively improve the quality of engineering management theses, the article analyzes the problems existing in engineering management theses at the present stage, and suggests methods for reforming and implementing bachelor's theses in engineering management, engineering costs and real estate development and management, including the diversification of genres for choosing a topic, optimization of the content of the work; quality control of the entire process; incentive-oriented effect management; introduction of electronic archiving mode; practice of using the diploma thesis management information system, etc.
