FEATURES OF THE PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OF YOUNG DOCTORS

The study of the features of the professional development of novice physicians is aimed at developing recommendations for facilitating and increasing the effectiveness of this process. It was revealed that therapists more often than doctors of other specialties are not satisfied with the chosen profession and more often seek to change it. The high importance of mentoring in the professional adaptation of young professionals was found: most of them recognize the need for an experienced colleague or mentor nearby in the first year of professional activity. An assessment of the level of professional readiness revealed problem areas in professional competencies: filling out medical documentation, providing emergency and emergency care, performing manipulations and developing skills for interacting with patients. As assistance to young specialists, it should be noted the management and creation of conditions in a professional environment aimed at the mode of operation, timely assistance in difficult situations, distribution of responsibilities, relations with higher management, and methodological assistance.
