Lingua-psychological base in the system of qualification improvment of foreign language teacher

Lingua-psychological base is one of the main parts of teachers' activity, that is why it is studied as one of the main types of professional activity. It includes communicative, cognitive and creative spheres and is one of criteria of effective professional ELT activities. The article is the summary of ELT courses held in Perm region.
