Social entrepreneurship as a new stage in the historical process of the contemporary Far-Eastern business

This articles covers on the matters related to the development of the contemporary social entrepreneurship in the southern Far East of Russia in early 21st century in the historical process of market relations rise during the modernization period of the Russian society. The fact that the Russian business has come a long way within its rise is undoubted, while there are a few significant stages of that process since the early restructuring in the 90’s of 20th century till 2015 when the business community gained certain qualitative features implementing a popular sphere of activity – social business. Social entrepreneurship has been long-developed both in Russia and foreign practice, but the process of its activity is determined by the business community’s mentality as a cultural element. Meantime, finding the level of social entrepreneurship development and the reasons for its delay in the southern regions of the Russian Far East in connection with the solution of public social problems of that remote region stress the urgency and scientific feasibility of the covered issues.
