Perfection of conflictological competence of teacher as basis of professionally-personality height

In the article such important aspects of conflict, as social essence of understanding, are examined by the members of group of each other, influence on the process of perception of social and personality factors qualificatory flowing character and productivity of permission of conflict. The place of conflict competence in the structure of professionally important qualities of the teacher.
