The formation of legislation in the sphere of protection of rights and legitimate interests of minors in preschool educational institutions

Article is devoted a problem of formation of legislation in the sphere of protection of rights of minor children. The contradictions of human individuality. Analyzed family code of the Russian Federation and the Federal law of 24 July 1998 No. 124-FZ "On basic guarantees of child rights in the Russian Federation". As well as identified shortcomings in the work on legal consciousness formation in children of senior preschool age.
