Teaching the grammatic structure of a language as a factor of successful training of language skills in the formation of student’s communicative competencies in higher school

The article deals with the problems of teaching a foreign language grammar as a part of educational process of the university. The importance of aspects of studying grammar that ensure the productivity of a foreign language teaching content and its structure are substantiated. The concept of the grammatical structure of the language is defined, the essence of the process of grammatical skills formation in the process of forming the communicative competence of students is revealed, and the problems of teaching the grammar of a foreign language are revealed.
