Historiography of regional management of the economy in the 90s of the XX century on the example of the Vologda region

The article analyzes the accumulated historical knowledge regarding the management of economic development in Russia in the 1990s. on the example of the Vologda region. Based on this analysis, the existing gaps in the scientific literature are defined, and directions for further research on the problem are suggested. The study makes it possible to trace the emergence of new trends in historiography, helps to determine the value and novelty of the works. The work uses methods of content analysis, historical, typological, actualization.
