Peter III and Otto Von Brümmer: apprentice and educator (relationship asessment)

The article is devoted to the analysis of the upbringing of the young Peter III by his hofmarschal Otto von Brümmer. The article describes the views of Russian historians on the relationship between Peter III and Otto von Brümmer, the style of raising the young duke, the consequences of this upbringing. The authors conclude that Otto von Brümmer´s influence on Peter III´s reinforced his negativity personality. This negativity was later manifested in the political activities of Peter III.
