DISTANCE LEARNING IN TERMINOLOGICAL ASPECT

In the modern educational context, the use of the terms «distance learning» and «digital learning» often becomes a subject of confusion, which can lead to a deterioration of the educational process. This article examines the importance of using correct terms and understanding their meanings deeply for the long-term development of distance learning and education as a whole. The author identifies problems associated with the incorrect use of terms and ambiguity in their interpretation, and discusses the consequences of such confusion for the educational process. In conclusion, the article emphasizes the necessity of clear definition and use of terminology to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of distance learning in modern education.
