THE ORGANIZATION OF WORK WITH PROFESSION-ORIENTED TEXT WHEN TEACHING READING IN A NON-LINGUISTIC UNIVERSITY

This article is devoted to the organization of work with an English-language profession-oriented text when teaching reading in a non-linguistic university. The concept of a profession-oriented text is clarified, and the types of texts are defined. The stages of working with professional texts are described, the main types of tasks are given. In the author's opinion, the use of professional texts contributes to the formation of the terminological apparatus of the future specialist, the improvement of his professional communicative competence.
