METHODS FOR SPORTS CLASSES IN THE OPEN AIR TAKING INTO ACCOUNT THE NATURAL FEATURES OF THE REGIONS OF RUSSIA

The article reveals an actual problem of conducting physical education classes in the open air. The purpose of the article is to identify the methodological features of this format of classes, taking into account the specifics of the regions of Russia. The research objectives are to systematize the available methodological information on this format of conducting physical education classes, to identify the regional specifics of this kind of classes and to consider the main methodological aspects of the organization of outdoor classes, taking into account the identified regional characteristics. The research methodology is based on a systematic approach and includes a group of general scientific methods (analysis, synthesis, generalization, systematization), as well as a number of special methods: historiographic analysis of scientific literature on the topic of research, the method of non-participant pedagogical observation, the method of systematization of results. Based on the research results, the author of the article came to the following conclusions: in order to conduct sports classes in the open air, it is necessary to take into account two main factors - the physical capabilities of students and the natural and climatic conditions of a particular region. These two factors determine the effectiveness of conducting physical education classes in the fresh air.
