Staffing of judicial reform of 1864 in regions of Russia (on the example of Zavolzhye)

Article is devoted to features and difficulties of realization of judicial reform of 1864. The main difficulty of realization is considered because of the absence of professional lawyers in this region. The ways of its overcoming is considered. It is considered on the example of Zavolzhye. The role of the Imperial Kazan university in formation of the case of professional lawyers of Zavolzhye is emphasized in article.
