Problems of modern education under uncertainty

The conditions of uncertainty in which modern society has existed in recent years poses new challenges for higher education and puts forward special requirements for the training of scientific personnel in higher education. The purpose of this study is to observe and describe the prerequisites for the creation of humanitarian technologies for the existence of society in general and the individual themselves with the subsequent possibility of using this knowledge in training new generation specialists in a digital reality with an integrative approach. The stated goal defines a few tasks, that are mandatory for its solution. It is necessary to describe the current state of uncertainty at the cognitive and pragmatic levels; consider the main characteristics of a digital-centric person as a representative of the modern era; compare the concepts of "old" and "new" in educational strategies; understand what unites them and try to develop some mechanisms that will be useful to all participants in the modern educational process.
