this article explores the features of teaching student journalists a professional foreign language in the context of the digital transformation of education. The authors examine the challenges and opportunities of using digital technologies to improve the foreign language learning process necessary for a successful career in journalism. Innovative methods of online learning, virtual classes, multimedia resources and other means that promote the effective learning of a foreign language by student journalists are discussed. The role of digital transformation in improving the quality of education and training of future professionals in the field of journalism is analyzed.
