The article deals with sound instrumenting means in the translation of poetic text. There is a number of different strategies and models in the theory of translation. Translation is a verbal mental process that is realized by the recipient-translator. The translator deals in the context of his own cultural expectations. In that regard the translation should be considered as a linguacultural process. The translator perceives and understands the text on the basis of his own conceptual system as well as his cultural and communication experience. Sound instrumenting means capture dominant meaning as a result of which the text understanding becomes possible. Sound level is a specifically significant representative of emotionally semantic connections in poetic text. According to our research understanding of emotionally semantic structure in poetic text is regulated by phonetic universals. In terms of neurophysiology speech signal perception is universal and independent of linguistic affiliation.
