Sysoeva Marina Stanislavovna  (applicant of the Department of General Pedagogy, History of Pedagogy and Education Orenburg State University, Orenburg Russian Federation, Orenburg )

The problem of developing creativity of high school students in educational and research activities is investigated. The relevance of the work is due to the need to prepare a competent graduate who is able to produce rational solutions in the context of global socio-cultural challenges, as well as develop Soft skills and emotional intelligence for effective adaptation and self-realization. Based on the analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature, the concept of creativity as an integrative quality is clarified, including motivational, emotional-volitional, cognitive and operational-activity components. The mechanisms of its formation have been identified, among which the key role is played by the educational environment, stimulating teamwork, reflection and emotional involvement. The criteria and levels of formation of creativity of high school students have been developed: motivational; emotional-volitional; cognitive; operational-activity. The methodological basis of the study were the ideas of problem-based, heuristic and research learning aimed at developing Soft skills by solving non-standard problems. A structural and functional model of creativity formation is proposed, where the central place is occupied by creative situations requiring team cooperation and emotional-intellectual involvement. The conditions for the implementation of the model are defined as: establishment of subject-subject relations contributing to the development of emotional intelligence; introduction of dialogical communication to strengthen teamwork; integration of creative tasks stimulating Soft skills. Experimental testing of the model confirmed its effectiveness: positive dynamics of quantitative and qualitative changes in the level of creativity of high school students was revealed. The results demonstrate an increase in emotional intelligence, the ability to work in a team, and the readiness to solve complex problems in conditions of uncertainty.
