FEATURES OF THE USE OF GAMIFICATION TOOLS IN TECHNICAL EDUCATION

The article shows the application of game thinking in teaching technical education in order to obtain greater effectiveness in further practical activities. In educational practice, gamification technology is undergoing a stage of testing, which requires more detailed research of the advantages and limitations of this technology in the practice of professional training of future civil engineers. The objectives of the study are to identify the advantages and limitations in the field of technical education of students. The methodology consists in the use of general scientific methods – analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction. The purpose of the article is to show the possibilities of game thinking in the educational process when studying construction disciplines. The hypothesis of the article is that gaming computer thinking will help improve the learning process. The results presented in the article are that gamification improves the educational process in the short term, but gaming technologies should be improved.
