Informational arfare as information society attribute: activation of mind violence media function

Formation of the information society, globalization, universal distribution of mass media, conditions of «media noise» impulse development of phenomena of the information war and the information aggression. Today these phenomena play one of the most significant roles in the modern international information policy. The urgency of problematic considered in this article is dictated by the leading part of the information in maintenance of psychological safety of a society. Various aspects of information war become the subject of steadfast studying by the Russian and foreign scientists.
