Influence of style of activity of the teacher on identity and activity of the school student

the style role as backbone factor in structure of activity of the person is shown in article. In the conducted research on selection of nearly 600 people style of the elementary school teacher is considered through a prism of his functions that allows to open his influence on activity and identity of pupils. It is proved that pupils of the teacher with self-organizational style strive for intellectual and positive communicative activity, prefer the complicated activity situations, have high high-speed characteristics and the created approximate components of activity. They show intelligence within norm, in comparison with contemporaries are less responsible and less strained. Pupils of the teacher with the intellectual developing style have more developed intelligence, informative requirement, school motivation, bigger responsibility, accuracy, but at the same time they are frustrated and strained. Results of research showed that the teacher as the carrier of professional and personal features reports to pupils the style installations and individual characteristics. In it metaindividual function of its style is shown.
