The questions related to the scientific and methodological aspects of the development of the virtual environment of distance learning educational institution. The urgency of the interaction of subjects of educational process in a virtual environment with the use of modern means of communication, analyzed choice of software products designed to create a virtual environment of distance learning, described the structure of the course distance learning. As a methodological support to the proposed article focuses given to the training of teachers, tutors of distance learning and the creation of an educational institution a special division responsible for the development of the virtual environment of distance learning educational institution.
