Experience of the organization of the Russian-Tatar educational institutions in the Vyatka province in the second half of XIX-the beginning of the 20th centuries

Article is devoted to experience of realization of school policy of the imperial government on the organization of the Russian-Tatar educational institutions in the Vyatka province during the post-reform period and at the beginning of the 20th century. The research is executed on the basis of the documents which are stored in funds of the Russian state historical archive, National archive of the Republic of Tatarstan and the State archive of the Kirov region. On the basis of their analysis the reasons of the organization of the above-stated educational institutions are established, participation of zemstvoes of the province in this process, and also the relation to the Russian-Tatar schools in the Tatar society are shown.
