Based on the analysis of the provisions of the existing guidelines and experience in training military personnel in the interests of the Russian Federation Ministry of Defense in the proposed schematic model of organization of the network of training in military educational institutions, the implementation of which will use the best approaches to the training of qualified personnel, to ensure access to educational universities infrastructure and other organizations.
