This article describes the means of expressiveness and deepening of authenticity in modern event-chronicle prose, the stylistic bordering of speech acts is also applied. The syllable of the event-chronicle text is often colloquial, the writer recreates some kind of "conversational", sometimes even "street", perhaps ragged, emotionally-driven speech; and with an orientation to the previous, sometimes latent, subconscious speech pointing at the contextual communication. Due to this, reliability is achieved d by means of the maximum accurate translation of speech (syntactic and lexical) signs of dialogues and monologues of characters. At the same time, the personification of voices is smoothed, and this informs the stylistic similarity, the unity of this choral text. Thus, the documentary nature is embodied in the literary method, called polyphonic construction.
