The meaning of term «TRIP»

The purpose of the presented work is to identify the most accurate and complete definition of the term "trip". The article analyzes the English-English dictionaries, as well as their advantages and disadvantages. The author of the article has made an attempt to give her own definition of this concept. Groups of synonyms that form the semantic field of the term "trip" in the English language are also listed.
