Borrowed words in the field of computer technology and their understanding by the native Russian speakers

This article is devoted to understanding the borrowed words in the field of computer technology. In the article we analyse the results of a psycholinguistic experiment based on the naive interpretation of borrowed words by native speakers with different social characteristics. The purpose of experiment is to identify the features of understanding English-language borrowings and the social factors that affect this understanding.
