the Main provisions of the methodology of representative samples of performance assessment of management system effectiveness GK SN (TVD) in the years of the great Patriotic war. The work is devoted to decision of the private task, namely the determination of necessary and sufficient number of statistical samples within a three-tier model of assessment of management of GK SN (TVD)in fourteen strategic operations.
