About restoration of work of world vessels in the period 1912 – 1917

The article deals with the process of restoring the activity of the world courts as a result of the adoption of the Law "On the Transformation of the Local Court" of June 15, 1912. The innovations adopted by the Law synthesizing the Judicial Charters of 1864 are noted. As examples, archival information is used. Positive aspects of the introduction and functioning of the Institute of Justices of the Peace were singled out during the reform of 1864. The period of establishment of the institute of zemstvo chiefs is considered.
