The article examines the determinants of pedagogical interaction of experts of the organization for orphans in support of children-orphans and children left without parental care with special health needs (disabilities) and children with disabilities, as well as the contents and forms of work in organizations for orphans, which provide conditions for comprehensive care for children with disabilities. The paper presents the predominant factors available to specialists of psychological and pedagogical support of organizations for orphans in working with children with disabilities, such as the humanization of the educational process, socio-cultural environment of the institution, the family principle of education of orphans. Problems of interaction of specialists (complexity of the pedagogical subject, inconsistency of actions, lack of uniform methodological approaches) and ways of their decision are considered. Value-semantic unity is defined as priority in the formation of professional outlook of specialists of psychological and pedagogical support.
