The problem of classification of speech disorders in the speech therapy aspect of writing the conclusion

In the article, the results of generalizations are presented on the issue of classification of speech disorders in modern speech therapy in the aspect of writing of speech therapy conclusion. A speech therapy conclusion is examined as an instrument of speech teacher-therapist necessary for understanding the dynamics of the state of person with disorder of speech and his complex single accompaniment by specialists. A speech therapy conclusion, from the point of view of authors, is the preparatory and decisive stage in-process with persons, having speech disorders. The correctly made speech therapy conclusion determines success of speech therapy influence. In the article, the comparative analysis of basic home and foreign classifications of speech disorders is conducted on different criteria with the selection of coincidences and divergences in understanding of mechanisms and descriptions of speech disorders from position of possibilities of their use in speech therapy practice. Certain foundations for writing of speech therapy conclusion including a quality analysis and complex estimation of the state of speech and violations are related to it for the organization of speech therapy influence. The problem of the interdisciplinary breaking up and complication of the use is shown by therapists-practices of existent classifications of speech violations for writing of multilevel speech therapy conclusion, supposing trinity of components: medical, speech therapy and psychological. The necessity of single classification of speech disorders, integrating different directions of scientific researches and clarity for practical therapists-workers is reasonable.
