the article analyzes the problems of teaching foreign students in Russian universities. On the basis of the questionnaire, the difficulties encountered by the students of the PRC in the process of studying at the Faculty of Fine Arts of the Russian State Pedagogical University were identified, the reasons for the emergence of difficulties were analyzed; recommendations for improving the efficiency of the educational process are offered.
