The author studies the connection between educational and socio-cultural inclusion. The author reveals the philosophical and theoretical aspects of inclusive education. The definition of the concepts «inclusive education», «social inclusion», «cultural inclusion», «socio-cultural inclusion» are given. The author investigates common ground between educational and socio-cultural inclusion at three levels: global, local and personal. The author describes the «area of socio-cultural inclusion» which appears at the level of educational organization, intrapersonal and interpersonal levels.
