The system of work on the formation of communicative and cultural competencies among bilingual and foreign students in the process of teaching Russian as a foreign language

The article discusses the system of work with foreign students and bilingual students studying the Russian language (Turkmen and Kazakhs), draws attention to the methodological ways of forming the communicative and cultural competence of students in the educational process. A special role is given to the multifaceted analysis of the material under study: the origin, characteristics of semantics, the use of precedent texts, paramics (proverbs, sayings, phraseological units) as linguistic units containing cultural information. An important place in the classroom is occupied by the linguistic and cultural commentary of the teacher and the parallels of the comparative plan from the native language of the students.
