Population and medical personnel Tomsk province (1907-1910)

The article discusses the people's health of the population of the Tomsk province and its charity in peacetime (1907-1910s) based on published by the printing house of the provincial administration of the Tomsk Province during the years under review. The distribution of population in cities and districts of the Tomsk province is analyzed. Also, the author pays attention to the number of doctors and carries out the relationship with the number of students in medical attendants and secondary schools. The main content is an analysis of the population, the number of doctors and patients. Attention is paid to how the public charity of mentally ill patients and children took place.
