Historical and diacronic analysis of international air law terminological system development

The article discusses the features of the development of the terminological system of international air law, which is a branch of international law that regulates the international legal regime of the world's air space, as well as ensuring the order, conditions and safety of international air transportation. The study found that the history of the formation of the terminological system of international air law includes four stages, each of which is characterized by the emergence of certain concepts and terms that nominate them. It was revealed that the most active development of the terminological system of international air law is noted after the adoption of the Chicago Convention (1944, 1994), Geneva Convention (1958), Brussels Convention (1938) and ICAO, which are the main documents in this area, which includes many special concepts and definitions. The results presented in the article are of great importance for modern linguistics, translation practice and professional communication in the field of international air transport based on International Law.
