Social and cultural effects of cadet education

The development of cadet education in the Russian Federation requires the creation of a single concept. The development of the concept requires the definition of the goals and opportunities of cadet education. There are variants of the concept, which are based on the personnel needs of the army. They limit the development of cadet education. The article has an idea to define the goals of cadet education based on its social and cultural effects. There are examples of what society expects from cadet education.
