The article describes the authors' approach to the organization of pedagogical support for the development of military-professional subjectivity of military university students in new socio-political realities. The developed pedagogical support for the process of developing the military-professional subjectivity of a military university cadet includes the author's concept, a step-by-step training pedagogical technology and a system for evaluating the effectiveness of this process. The author's concept of the development of a cadet's military professional competence in the educational space of a military university includes a system of the authors' main ideas, patterns and principles, categories and concepts implemented in the context of new requirements, taking into account the capabilities and interests of the cadet's personality. The content of the concept enriches the theoretical foundations of military psychology and pedagogy through theoretical and methodological substantiation of this process, scientific substantiation of determinants and procedural mechanisms, stages and stages of development of military professional subjectivity.The developed system for evaluating the effectiveness of the process of developing the cadet's military professional subjectivity includes a set of criteria and indicators that correspond to the tasks of developing professional subjectivity at each stage of the cadet's military professional training. It allows you to diagnose, evaluate professional and personal achievements and carry out operational correction of the process of development of military-professional subjectivity of cadets.
