The article "The existential approach in the context of the additional education system" examines the topical issues of social development of primary school children in the context of modern educational practices. The article offers an analysis of the effectiveness of the existential approach in organizing the process of education and upbringing in institutions providing additional education services.
The influence of pedagogical conditions on the social development of children is studied, the key components of the support system are highlighted, which include: creating a trusting atmosphere, individualizing the approach, stimulating self-realization and self-determination of the individual.
Particular attention is paid to the role of the teacher in the process of developing social skills and value orientations in children, as well as methods and techniques that contribute to the development of their social competence.
The study is based on an analysis of teaching practice and the results of empirical research conducted within the framework of additional education.
The article is addressed to specialists in the field of education, teachers, psychologists, as well as anyone interested in the issues of social adaptation and development of children.
