Tatuev A. T.  (graduate student Kabardino-Balkar State University named after H.M Berbekov Nalchik, Russia )

Industry scientific terminology develops within the framework of a professional subject field, that is, it correlates with a certain denotative area. The development of the denotative domain is reflected in the structural-semantic and cognitive content of the lexical terminological field. Copyright and protection of rights in the field of intellectual activity represents a specific area of legal knowledge, which can be represented as a frame structure that forms a terminological field at the linguistic level. Copyright is a set of legal norms governing relations arising in connection with the creation and use of works of literature, science and art. Copyright protects the property and non-property interests of authors, thereby ensuring the maximum development of their creative activity, and promotes wide dissemination among the population. The terminology of copyright and its protection is divided into groups and subgroups, thematic series and micro complexes forming a field. The thematic series is formed around the reference word, which acts as a specific concept. The lexemes forming the thematic series reflect less generalized, specific concepts.
