WAYS, METHODS AND FORMS OF INCREASING THE LEVEL OF READINESS TO USE DIGITAL EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES OF TEACHING WORKERS OF SPE

the article presents an analysis of the readiness of teaching staff to use digital educational resources to improve the level of professional qualifications and improve competencies in the field of digitalization of education. Informatization of modern society has led to significant changes in various spheres of life, including education. The massive dissemination and improvement of information and communication technologies (ICT) has a significant impact on the process of learning and development of society as a whole. For a more flexible and individual approach to education, new forms of education are provided using modern computer technologies to transmit information and ensure interactive interaction between teachers and students in education systems. Informatization promotes the development of skills such as digital literacy, critical thinking, problem solving and communication, which are critical in the modern world. At the moment, many proposals are being implemented in Russia that will create mandatory conditions for the growth of the digital economy, which will increase the country’s competitiveness, the quality of life of citizens, and ensure economic growth and national sovereignty. The Strategy for the Development of the Information Society in the Russian Federation for 2017-2030 and the “Digital Economy of the Russian Federation” program are confirmation of this. Digital transformation (DT) as one of the national development goals of the Russian Federation is defined by Decree of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin dated July 21, 2020 No. 474 “On the national development goals of the Russian Federation for the period until 2030.” Expanded requirements for the qualifications of teaching staff are also imposed by the professional standard of a vocational education teacher, which came into force on January 1, 2017 on the basis of Order of the Ministry of Labor of Russia dated September 8, 2015 No. 608n. The professional standard of a vocational education teacher is a document that establishes requirements for the qualifications of teachers carrying out educational activities in professional educational organizations (VET) and vocational training.
