EXPERIENCE IN IMPLEMENTING ONLINE INTERACTION IN SYNCHRONOUS AND ASYNCHRONOUS MODES WHEN IMPLEMENTING INDEPENDENT WORK OF STUDENTS

The article proposes to consider the issues of structured distribution of material and tasks for students’ independent work, which is an important element of the successful organization of the educational process. The article analyzes the essence and necessity of distance learning, emphasizing the need for its modernization and the use of blended learning, including synchronous and asynchronous forms of interaction. The current state of technical devices and technologies is analyzed, which leads to the active use of gadgets by students in everyday life and in the educational process for the effective organization of independent work of students. This article discusses the experience of implementing online interaction in synchronous and asynchronous modes when students perform independent work. The authors explore the effectiveness of using various forms of communication and means of audio and video communication to ensure active interaction between students and teachers within the framework of distance learning. The results of the study make it possible to identify the features and advantages of each interaction mode and offer recommendations for optimizing online communication in the educational process.
