COMMUNICATION FAILURES AND THEIR FACTORS: PSYCHOLOG-ICAL AND PEDAGOGICAL ASPECT

The article presents the results of a study of communicative failures of uni-versity students and the factors of their occurrence, identified using methods of pedagogical observation, interpretation and classification. It has been established that, along with the typical factors of communicative failures, such as the limited vocabulary of students, the low level of their reading culture, the media with their characteristic general dysfunctionality, the influence of online communication in social networks with insufficiently observed and established norms, formalization and clichéd nature of business communication.
